Who operates this website

Lawton Bath Renew is operated by Skala Sites. It is an independent service-request platform, not the contractor that performs the work. Contact us at hello@skalasites.com about privacy or a submitted request.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, phone number, ZIP, project or problem category, timing, and any optional email or details you choose to include. It also records a request identifier, submission time and your acknowledgement of these policies. Please do not submit payment information, passwords or sensitive personal information.

How we use and share a request

We use the information to review and administer your request, contact you about it and, when available, share it with service providers that may be able to discuss the project. A provider that receives your request may contact you. Sharing is for handling the requested service, not permission for unrelated marketing. Provider availability and a response are not guaranteed.

Storage and service providers

The website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Requests are stored in a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, and notifications are sent to the operator by email. Access is limited to authorized people involved in handling requests. Cloudflare and Google process information according to their own service terms and may process it outside your location.

Analytics and browser storage

When configured and you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, quote-button clicks, form starts, successful submissions and qualified requests. We do not send your name, phone, email, ZIP, free-text details or request identifier to GA4. Google uses browser identifiers to measure visits. You can change your analytics preference using the footer control. The form works without analytics.

We store your analytics preference in your browser. An anonymous request-attempt identifier may be kept for the current browser tab to prevent duplicate submissions; form field values are not saved in browser storage. Cloudflare may process connection information for security and rate limiting.

Retention and deletion

Our request-storage retention period is 12 months from submission, unless an earlier deletion request is fulfilled or longer retention is needed for a specific legal obligation. Providers may have their own retention practices. Email notifications contain a link and request reference rather than the submitted contact details. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need information to verify that the request is yours.
